Privacy

We keep what we need to send your alerts: your name and email from Google, the alerts you set up, and whether you pay. Stripe handles payments; we never see your card.
We count visits without cookies and never store your IP address. The only cookie keeps you signed in.
We don't sell your data or show ads. Google (sign-in and email), Stripe (payments), Hetzner (servers), Sentry (error reports) and Telegram (our team's alert notifications) handle it only to run the service.
Want your account deleted? Email [email protected] and we'll delete it.

We watch Recreation.gov and email you when permits open up. We don't sell or reserve permits; you book them on Recreation.gov.
We're fast, but we can't promise you a permit: alerts can be late, missed or wrong. Wilderness Alerts isn't affiliated with Recreation.gov or the Forest Service.
Cancel anytime from your profile. If it didn't work for you, email us and we'll refund you.
Please don't scrape, resell or abuse the service.
